FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience to join?
Not at all. This event is beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone seeking rest, grounding, or a midweek reset.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, cozy layers, think soft sweatshirts, leggings, warm socks. Anything you’d curl up to stay warm in, as it can get drafty in the building.
Can I arrive early?
Absolutely. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle into your space.
Is this a movement-based class?
This is a rest-focused practice. Gentle restorative postures only, no flow or active movement.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditative journey that brings you into a deeply relaxed state between waking and sleep. It’s known to support nervous system repair and emotional restoration.
What is a Sankalpa?
A Sankalpa is a heartfelt intention, a quiet statement that supports your inner growth and clarity. We’ll guide you in choosing yours.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes! Please bring anything that helps you feel grounded: extra pillows, eye masks, favorite blankets, etc.
